What is our return and exchange policy?

We only accept returns for items with factory defects and errors made by our end such as  sending wrong color, wrong item, or wrong size from your order. If you receive a product with a factory defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To assist us in processing your request, please include clear photos or videos of the defect when contacting our support team. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What if I don't like the item, can I get a refund?

All sales are final and we are unable to refund orders that is not faulty. Please contact us within 7 days if you received a faulty product.

It doesn't fit, can I request for an exchange?

Since we ship directly from our supplier, we can't process exchanges. In the event, we need to get the item back first and send the size that fits you. The return shipping fee will be handled by your end. In this case, we recommend ordering the right size to avoid such hassles.
